The 4th Annual Cosplay Tutorial Challenge is a volunteer-run contest to promote the creation and conservation of cosplay tutorials — with over $10,000 in prizing. Anyone can enter, and as long as the tutorial is cosplay-related (sewing, foamwork, wigs, makeup, even photography or planning), it’s welcome!
